What I've Been Up To . . .

I'm still around, my friends. I promised to return to you soon. I appreciate everyone who takes the time to read my little blog.

The past few weeks have been crazy for me.

I've been sick. 

I've been playing for a musical at one of the local high schools the past several weeks.

Down time has been precious and something had to give. It's been this blog. But it seems like a better choice than time with my family or sleep.

I will return with renewed enthusiasm soon.

Unfortunately, I had plans once upon a time to do all these cute things for Valentine's Day, but then life happened. This year I will even be lucky if I see my husband on Valentine's Day.

Some people hate on Valentine's Day for being so commercial or silly. I like the idea of setting aside a day of being intentional in romancing your spouse. My favorite things to make or do for Valentine's Day are hand made.
