Baked Honey Apple Slices

Over the weekend I like to keep things simple, so here's an easy-peasy healthy dessert for you all. It has just four ingredients, but tastes like the best of fall.

My sister has quite a few apple trees at her home, so I've been looking for different ways to enjoy this seasonal fruit. Baking them in a bit of butter, honey, and cinnamon is probably close to as good as it gets for a healthy dessert.

One thing to note is that I used about a tablespoon of honey for two servings, but if your apples are already on the sweet side I would suggest to go a bit lighter on the sweetener.
